Return & Exchange Window
You may initiate a return or exchange within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. The 30-day period begins on the delivery date as confirmed by the carrier. To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage beyond normal inspection.
Free Returns & Exchanges
We provide free return shipping and free exchange shipping for all eligible returns and exchanges within the 30-day window. There are absolutely no restocking fees, hidden charges, or deduction from your refund for return shipping costs. You are responsible only for the original shipping charges if you choose to return the item; however, for exchanges we will ship the replacement item at no additional cost to you.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason. Our team will issue a prepaid return shipping label and provide detailed instructions. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item and verify it meets the condition requirements, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item within 5 business days after receiving your return.
Non-Returnable Items
