HAZEFIND is pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on every order, regardless of the purchase amount or destination within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements, no hidden fees, and no additional charges for standard delivery. Your shipping cost is always $0.00. This policy applies to all items sold directly through our official store. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout and does not require any coupon code or promotional action.
Order Processing & Handling Time
All orders placed through the HAZEFIND website are processed within 0 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Most orders are handled and prepared for shipment within one business day. However, during high-demand periods or promotional events, handling may take up to two full business days. Handling time begins immediately after your order is placed and payment is confirmed. Orders placed after our daily cut-off will begin processing the next business day.
Order Cut-Off Time
To ensure your order is processed on the same business day, it must be placed and fully paid by 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on a normal business day. Any orders received after this cut-off time, or on weekends or holidays, will begin processing on the following business day. For example, an order placed at 6:00 PM EST on a Monday will not begin handling until Tuesday. We recommend placing orders early to minimize any delay.
Transit Time
Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery window is 3 to 6 business days within the contiguous United States. Actual transit times depend on the distance between our fulfillment center and your shipping address, as well as carrier capacity and service levels. Please note that transit time is separate from handling time. For example, if your order has a handling time of 1 day and a transit time of 4 days, the total estimated delivery time is 5 business days from the date of order placement. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. HAZEFIND is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address error, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply. We strongly encourage you to double-check all address fields, including apartment or suite numbers, zip codes, and contact phone numbers, before finalizing your purchase.
Tracking Information
